Amapro have the knowledge and ability to turn your ideas into reality, firstly by creating the design on our cad system, then producing a prototype in our workshop and finally the production of the components. All of this is achieved in-house under our strict quality control.

Therefore, if your product is just an idea, a product in need of some additional design, or is fully designed ready for production, amapro can help you.

Below is a sample of the equipment available in our modern facility:

Cnc laser (our high quality laser is capable of producing components upto a thickness of 14mm from a variety of materials including mid steel and stainless steel with the accuracy of 0.01mm)

Cnc turret punch press (our bank of turret punch presses have the ability of producing accurate components upto a thickness of 6.0mm in mild steel with an accuracy of 0.01mm)

Cnc press brake (our bank of press brakes include 3 axis to 7 axis machines from 50 to 100 tonne capacity with maximum folding length of 3000mm)

Cnc welding (our welding capability includes cnc mig robot with rotarty table and cnc vertical tig fusion welder)

Cnc turning & milling (this includes a 3 axis lathe with live tooling capability and machining centre having the ability to machine a 2440 x 1220 size sheet)

In addition a wide variety of machine tools and ancilliary equipment and tooling to enable amapro to complete all processes inhouse to our strict quality control

This ability to produce everything in-house enables us control the production planning and the overall quality of the end product
