Sheetmetal design
Whether you design your product from scratch or make use of one of the simple template-based designs, knowing the basics of sheet metal design will make your work easier.
Sheet metal fabrication
With our sheetmetal capabilities, we are able to supply complete components for our customers. We can have parts fabricated after laser cutting including folding and welding as well as countersinking and tapping of holes. We can also assist in the development of your parts for fabrication and arrange for zinc plating, EDP, galvanising or powdercoating of components if required.
Welding Services
AmaPro can completely automate a welding process by both performing the weld and handling the part. Robot welding is commonly used for resistance spot welding and arc welding in high production applications, such as the automotive industry.
Tig Fusion Welding, Mig & Tig Welding, Fastener Fixing are also available on site.
CNC Laser Cutting
AmaPro laser cutting systems utilize the latest advances in laser manufacturing technology that enable customers to maximize the productivity and profitability. CNC Press Brake
AmaPro offers a wide range of down-acting precision press brakes. The eco-friendly equipment is an electric/hydraulic, down-acting system that delivers superior accuracy. Our high-performance machines feature a Hybrid Drive system that is engineered for low energy consumption and requires less hydraulic fluid than conventional machines.
CNC Guillotining
Guillotine cutting is a very quick and cost effective process. Stops can be set up and a large volume of material can be cut to size in a short time. CNC guillotine machines are also available for high volume production. The disadvantages are that some deformation of the cut edge takes place and the cut itself has a fairly rough appearance. Guillotining is an ideal process for parts not requiring visual appeal or which are to be subsequently welded into fabricated assemblies.
